Prior to practicing law, she worked as a legal writing teaching assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Carnegie Mellon University. Jocelyn enjoys using her writing skills to provide excellent legal services for her clients. Jocelyn grew up in Johnstown and loves her hometown, reading, and playing games with her family and golden retriever, Doc Holliday.

Christiana Chmielewski earned her law degree in 2019. Prior to joining Ayres Presser Elder Law in 2023, she gained valuable estate planning experience working as a trust officer at a local trust company. Christiana completed her Master of Laws in Taxation with a focus on estate planning in 2023. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate complex estate planning issues. Christiana enjoys visiting her family cabin in Canada and working out at her local CrossFit gym.
